Like many hotels in airport, this one is not good. For a 5 stars hotel this is disappointing.
This hotel is used by airport companies when a flight is delayed or cancelled. So there are a lot of people, kids, and it is very crowded and noisy.
My room was flooded because of a leak in the bathroom. Fortunately the employees at the reception and at the customer satisfaction desk are very nice and responsive. I had a new room quite quickly.
The rooms are old fashioned and smell dust.
Food at the restaurant is not good and expensive.
I came here because of a conference in the hotel.
