This bank is so rude and unhelpful . I worked so hard to fix my credit like they advised me to do for them to give me a lousy 500$ credit card increase .. my credit went from a 550 to a 705 . . I needed new tires for my truck that cost a little of 1,000$ my credit card limit is 1,000$ and the reason they wouldn t increase my limit was due to previous utilization of my credit card however I was never late on a payment ..( when I first got my 500$ credit card I was not educated on how to properly use it but once I was I quickly corrected it) so the underwriter informed my Banking lady that she will not give me a increase for my credit card and to max out my card and buy my tires bc I ll only be paying out of pocket 100$. Wait so your telling me how to spend my money ? And your telling me to max out my card you just increased haha. This bank is a JOKE AND if it wasn t for my relationship with the staff at my branch I d have a lot more to say. This was the most discouraging thing that has happened to me finically. I spent 8,000$ of my hard working money to fix my credit and then this happened. You d think at a time like this they d be way more helpful but NO
