I went in to buy a banjo that their site for this store said was in stock. It wasn t there. The guy told me In Stock meant they could order it from somewhere and get it in later that week, it didn t mean they have it at the store. Evidently they NEVER carry it in the store. He also told me I should have called first! I worked retail for many years...I know what In Stock means, and it doesn t mean it s Not in stock but we can see about getting it for you. My money is going elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.
