Bad service, unclear instructions, paid for delive...

Bad service, unclear instructions, paid for delivery at hospital but still have to pay for parking. food catered is overpriced, no food options within facility. Paid as a stay in visitor but given a sofa to sleep on, still have to pay separately for lunch and dinner on top of stay in fee. Disappointing

Only excellent experience was from the delivery team and staff at level 3 and 4. Level 1 staff just spoilt the whole experience for me.
