Very disappointed with our experience last night. My boyfriend and I love this place, and it is our go to for anniversary s, birthdays, or a night out. The server we had last night took over 15 minutes to take our drink order and even greet us, gave us no attention at all, and also didn t explain the menu and just asked what we wanted. While watching other tables get full service and explanation of the menu and specials. I felt as if I was just at any old restaurant, and not the Russels experience I m used to. So our special night out that we were looking forward to, wasn t so special due to service and I was really looking forward to it. I gave three stars because the food was excellent as always and my steak was cooked perfect. I m not sure if this is where we will be celebrating anymore.
