Working with them has been an up and down roller coaster. But I have come to understand that there is a huge language gap. That is the reason why there had been some trouble in the past. This last job they did for us was very good - although it took a bit longer than expected (this was because of the language gap) it was good. Another thing I realized, you must be patient with them and provide them with lots of pictures and reference. The beginning of my request was a tad frustrating - I kept asking for what I needed and they kept trying to sell me things I didn't ask for. That was frustrating. But in the end they did a good job. They lost a few starts because of the start of the process, and maybe the time it took them to complete the task. But Im happy and my boss was happy. So good job. They are hard workers and are always available when I need them. You do need to follow up with them, but I understand that because these things take time. This was by far the best experience I have had with them.
