Horrible.

Horrible.
10 DAYS 7 NIGHTS COLORS OF ITALY.
The tour itself is sloppy - poor restaurants, lousy hotels, poor shallow coverage key places, and most meals are not covered.
Many key sites were not covered in detail (i.e. get off bus - take a picture - go) itinerary. So, the itinerary also does not give time for cover the local places (this included MAJOR sites like the Rome Colosseum). Appalling that a tour could miss such a major attraction.

The agency also needs to consider replacing the Singaporean guide.
The Singapore Guide got lost on the first day, did not know what he was talking about when it came to Italy, was very rude towards the local driver and local guide. He was also very stubborn when we offered to help him by using google maps to find places quicker on foot (insisting that he knew the way- when it was clearly not the case).

Will not be travelling with CTC in future.
