Google Australia is absolutely appalling. Service?? What service..Absolutely no help whatsoever. Send you to online help desk Q&A..What a joke! Some things personal human need assistance. The ACCC should make Google provide person to person customer support help desk. Wish i could get a job at Google. Must be a breezy cushy job because they don't have to solve problems for the public, which is created by their own systems. But they quick to contact you for money related to ads and adwords. Thats about the only time you get to speak to a person, when they want you to buy their advertising services.
