My wife has just had her Fiesta serviced and the first MOT under service contract and she had a missed call on her mobile phone from Hodson Ford so she telephoned them to see what it was about, she was told by the young lady on the other end of the phone that her car was complete and ready for collection. She took the bus and went to the dealership and collected her car but to her disgust the car had not been cleaned. I telephoned the dealership and was told that they had left a voicemail not to collect the car before 1-00pm so why did the young lady on reception say the car was ready for collection when in fact it wasn't. My wife says she will not use this dealer again in the future.
