As a senior citizen, I've witnessed a huge decline in customer service practices over the years. Not at this store! Kevin at RJM Computers and Electronics was kind, courteous, and professionally knowledgeable. He was able to find an outside-of-the-box solution for my problem...and one that fit within my very limited budget! Kevin is my hero. I am so grateful I walked through these doors.
