Received the free profile photo service at Immigrant Fair and the photographer was very helpful. Then she gave me the card with a number to access my photos later on the website and lost it. I therefore had to contact the company myself (2 weeks after the event). I believe it was Mike who answered the phone and gave me very clear instruction on how to retrieve it, which they had to manually check in their gallery using my selfie I submitted via email and returned the result within an instant.
