Difficult to locate, it s inside a pretty shady apartment block, then it s a lift up. Decor is really cool and that evening the atmosphere was great, view is nothing special. I rarely complain and not a fussy eater but my lamb dish was tasteless and bland, my wife s chicken was maybe undercooked and again tasteless. Starters where okay. Drinks where okay. Staff really let this place down though, seems to be a trend in Istanbul.
