I hired TAG to help me complete an entire renovation of my first investment property.

To start Tom worked with me over several months to help put together the best plan and budget that helped meet my goals.After this was completed he took a deposit which was one of the biggest differences between him and other contractors.

Once we began the job there were a few obstacles that came up and he presented various options that ranged to help solve them. One thing I can say is he was HONEST throughout this process. Once we overcame these obstacles the rest of the project was completed smoothly.

My job included the following work from Tom. Finishing the basement. Redoing 2 bathrooms and adding a 3rd new bathroom. Installing new laminate flooring and finishing the existing hardwood. Installing kitchen backslash. Updating electrical in the entire house. New stairs. New carpet on all my stairs. Removal of wall. Replacing doors in the house. This included most of the major work he did.

Areas of improvement: Tom s painting subcontractor didn't do a great job, however Tom s crew came back and fixed it. The after job clean up was a little slow but was eventually completed.

Overall I was extremely satisfied with the work TAG completed. Tom delivered a finished product that exceeded me expectation within the agreed upon time frame.
