Tim, the sales associate, was exactly what I was looking for, someone who was knowledgeable and spoke from personal experience, not as an upsell. I was very impressed by the overall service, especially since the store was incredibly busy. Not only did I purchase a great Trek bike but I will be taking it to Gregg's for all my service needs! Great deal with service package add on since it apply's to all 3 Seattle Gregg's locations!
