Let me suggest them a new name. Passion - the disaster store coz they'll make sure you end up with disasterous fitting.

You give your suggestions and they won't listen to you as if they only know better and you have to settle with whatever they are stitching.

Expect 4-5 trial visits as they just can't get the fitting right.
