Horrible service. I called 5 separate times and was on hold for more than 30 minutes everytime. Someone picked up everytime and proceeded to hang up on me. Seriously? At least give us an option to have you call us back at a later time. So happy it is open enrollment for new insurance. Find someone else if you are shopping around
