Experience was absolutely crazy! This place is very UNORGANIZED. I went with a couple friends we paid for the B.day package just to get there and they had NO CLUE what was on there website.. Joe THE OWNER had absolutely no clue what was going on and started cursing out his employees and never said anything to us.. On the website it said you would get a lion cake with a song and recognition come to find out he sent someone to WAL-MAT and got a cake. What a mess! Also we asked to speak with him about 5 times and he walked past us with no Hi,Hello or nothing. Later that day we looked at the website and they took that feature off. Not worth the money AT ALL! He is very rude and has a nasty mouth.. Profanity is RIDICULOUS! He talked about crack heads and dumb asses! Also talked about how he was high the day before It was just a mess. The animals are perfect but they didn't eat there food which makes me concerned! If you go I recommend ONLY general admission where u walk around and check the animals out on your own. The staff is HORRIBLE but im assuming they are horrible because so is the owner!! Again the animals are amazing but the people there are insane and very unprofessional! You Are better off at your local zoo.
