You can tell the staff care about the animals but that constitutes one star. The big cats are kept in small enclosures, they re better off in a commercial zoo (which is sad considering zoos don t treat animals the way they should). The owners employ absolutely rude and disrespectful people. We paid over $200 for 6 minutes with a cub, which is fine, but the way Josie treated us and our kids was nasty. We pointed out her attitude to the woman at the front desk and they told us that she was working all day and was tired, so to let it go. They don t take criticism well which is why people come here to drop reviews. Not worth a penny, don t spend your hard earned money on a place that not only has terrible customer service but horrible animal treatment. Save yourself the trip and go to a zoo.
