Part guy does not know how to work effciently. He talk on the phone for almost 40 minutes discussing and chatting a potential customer on some parts. Where I am there just to pick up a part and go 5-10 mins tops. Instead of catering to a in store customer that knows what he needs, he continues to take two more calls. Wasted 1 hour of my time and not understanding customer's need. I waved to signal please I just need some oem fluid and I will be on my merry way. His colleague tried to help and put my items on the counter but the part guy on the phone is the only one that can ring the transaction. I left the dealer feeling left out and empty handed :(
