Lynne Castro is who I worked with at Mattson for a position. After meeting with 5 recruiters that did not follow up or offer any opportunities I met with Lynne. She was great to work with and within a couple weeks had a direct hire opportunity for me. I wish I would have met with her first and during my employment search. Mattson and Lynne definitely have my seal of approval and I will be referring them to anyone I know in need of employment.
