The people doing the hard work here are really amazing and helpful.

The players who frequent this paintball/airsoft arena are also amazing, helpful and very friendly.

These were the only two redeeming qualities that this place had to offer.

The management or only semblance of management of this place was not suited for the responsibility of managing any buisness. He was knowledgeable about paintball/airsoft, equipment and that was nice. He was not able to keep the establishment stocked with adequate facilities, drinks, snacks, paintballs, and had an attitude that I could only describe as popmus and careless.

Had his staff and regulars not stepped up and worked to keep the players feeling like someone actually cared I can only speculate that his buisness would cease to exist.

Few pointers for constructive criticism in the future.

If you advertise something then either deliver on what you advertise, or find a way to comp your customers of you're unable to do so. Example: If you advertise proper facilities to host a birthday party, such as private rooms, cake and pizza. Then deliver thoes things as promised. If you cannot deliver, take responsibility and do your best to make it right. Don't make excuses. Make results or don't run a buisness.

If you offer services for sales, repair, or standard stocking players so that they can enjoy their experience at your paintball/airsoft arena. Make sure you can provide thoes services or be able to stock your customers adequately.

Take responsibility for yourself, your buisness and your employees. Put enough on shift to keep your staff from having to miss meals, breaks, and a chance to cool off from working theor hardest with what they've got. Help out your team or get put of the buisness and find someone who will.

I'll be disputing the charges with my credit card company from your buisness for false advertising and not providing me with what I paid for. It's the least I can do for your poorly managed facility.
