Southern First takes customer service to a level above anything that I have experienced. Recently, I had a minor log in issue that arose as I was using their banking App. In addition to addressing my issue, I received a note thanking me for helping them diagnose the issue in a way that will ensure that the solution resolves the issue for all their users. Great people, great bank!
