Have shopped here for years. Bought a more expensive solar cover from them last year. It was stored dry, inside, and covered through the winter. After less than 1 year of use it has begun disintegrating and shedding all of the little plastic bubbles into our pool. Even though the cover is still under warranty they refuse to help us on the grounds that our "ph balance is wrong." Aside from this being a totally bogus excuse which they would have no way of knowing, we know this is in fact untrue because last year we had a water heater installed (the entire reason we opted for the nicer, more expensive solar cover in the first place) and have been checking the ph balance WEEKLY since. We have owned this in ground pool since we purchased the house nearly 30 years ago. We know how to maintain a healthy pool. In The Swim has lost a long-time family of customers over poor customer service.
