Until today, I've my opinion has always been that Penn Taproom has the best bar food in Doylestown, and had told many leople as much. Not today. The burger had to be 30% smaller than I've ever been served. Could have lived with that, but I ordered medium rare. To say the burger I was served was well done would be kind. Over well done would be accurate. Would have liked to tell the server as much, but he never asked. Too many choices in this town. Will be a while (at best) before I'm back.
