It is quite a charming place to golf and eat and have a wedding and so for that, I will give them high marks. Tami Jack is not the most pleasant person to speak to, she can be quite abrasive and dismissive. The grounds are impressive and serving staff is nice. The chef is always working hard and that is greatly appreciated. However, how the servers and Chef are treated by higher ups is extremely reductive and callous and in my opinion, archaic. It would really benefit the members if some of the corporate staff were fired and were replaced by diverse, more qualified candidates who respect members as well as employees. Not a fan of Tony Shill either but if one must interact with him, well that's just what one must do! But the five stars are in order as this is a salvageable place once you figure out what's happening behind the scenes.
