Don t waste your money, time or energy. This place is a disaster. Customer service is atrocious. Nobody knows the right answers to your questions. I got scammed into signing up for their $15/month Bark Club although they advertise it as $15/month , you have to pay for the full year up front. When I signed up I was told you received 1 weekday, 1 weekend, 1 guest pass (which could be used for other dogs in the household) and 1 bath. However, after you sign their contract they bait and switch you. There rules have changed because they are losing too much money on this program ... that is word for word what the front desk associate AND the owner said to me. When I approached them with my signed contract showing them that nowhere in the contract does it state that you cannot use the guest pass with another dog in your household- the owner would not take any accountability and was upset that she repeatedly has been caught in lies (from a previous phone conversation). She also tried to blame me that she couldn t afford to pay her employees because she made this program too cheap. This establishment is shady and refused to give me a refund although she would not provide me the services I ve paid for. Vaida told me that if she gives me a refund she will charge me a fee for breaking the contract even though THEY are the ones breaking the contract by not allowing me to use the passes I have already paid for. They are shady with horrible business practices and every employee is clueless of what they offer. Disgusting and Disrespectful people. STAY AWAY.
