I had to cancel a movie that I booked to surprise ...

I had to cancel a movie that I booked to surprise a friend. At a cinema in her area. When I contacted the cinema, I first got no answer for two evenings. Then I was informed by email that I could not receive the amount back into my account. Only collect the money in gift cards or cash. Now the cinema is not in my neighborhood (but with that friend who knew nothing about it) so the latter was not an option. Contacted again by telephone. However, I had to point out to the employee the regulations stating that the money can be returned to the account, but 2.50 will be charged. (Which is downright ridiculous, considering the reservation costs that you already have to incur when ordering the tickets).
Ultimately, the employee agrees to meet me and refund the entire amount. Then the next problem came. I used a 10 gift voucher with my payment. I would have the amount deposited into my account in addition to the gift card. And for the gift voucher I would receive a new gift voucher of 10, -. Today the gift voucher has arrived. However, not a voucher of 10, but of 7.50. The 2.50 has nevertheless been charged and deducted from the amount of the gift voucher.
Nice service from this cinema? They are difficult to reach, do not know their own regulations and do not fulfill their agreements. Too bad that a nice surprise for a friend who needed it had to end like this because of the service of this cinema!
