I have lived at the Woods for almost 3 years now and honestly when I first read the reviews I was nervous because people complain a lot about maintainence, but over recent years, I have nothing but good things to say about the Woods. Their maintenance is very quick (usually within the week) and the staff is very laid back and welcoming. I love all the events (with free food of course), my favorite is the crawfish broil! The gym is okay... there is an outdoor gym as well. My favorite thing about the complex is that it is right off the river and there is a huge park where I take my dog at least once a day and he loves it. Overall, I have enjoyed living at the woods and would recommend it to all my friends!
