Free is good. I'd recommend getting here by bus, metro, carshare or walking. Not much parking. Museum situated near fancy and fast-food eateries as well as major tourist attractions like the Disney concert hall and the CA Marketplace if you want quick shopping. The museum has some great rotating displays and some awesome permanent ones. Nothing mind-blowing but very many photo-worthy moments.
