Very Good Company. i started my careers with Dhanush and it helped me not only gain experience but also gave me a strong base to my long term career. You will find such companies very hard. If you are a freshers, do your best and opportunities will knock you. I have seen some people commenting on interview process, it is quit common everywhere, every company can not hire resources based on their effort in attending interview.
