Service department is terrible. Went in for a fuel sensor replacement under warranty and they drug out fixing a sensor for two weeks. 3 months later my truck throws the same code so I call to make an appointment and arrange to have a courtesy vehicle over the phone and am told that this will be at no cost to me because the part they used before is under warranty, but when I arrive the next morning they have no courtesy vehicle, tell me that they will not be able to even work on my truck today and cannot arrange for any kind of courtesy vehicle for another hour until the service manager shows up. They agreed again that it was the same part as before and this would be a no cost appointment. Then an hour later I still had no courtesy vehicle and they changed their story to miraculously getting my truck into the shop to start being worked on and claimed even though it was the same code being shown it was a different part so I owed them a $220 deductible so they could replace a different $50 part. If I could give them no stars I would avoid this place if you can.
