A friend booked the entire restaurant from 6 to 9 for a party following the Hasty Pudding show. There was an open bar and various passed dishes as well as buffet stations the food was continuously refilled and the waitstaff was very attentive to removing empty plates, refilling the buffet stations and taking drink orders. We were about 250 people and between upstairs and downstairs the restaurant was full. The lobster sliders were delicious as were the bacon burger ones various pizzas, buffalo and teriyaki chicken wings, several salads, pasta, chicken on ciabatta, deviled eggs, etc. So overall a very successful evening made very much better by the attentive people of the Russell House Tavern. One of our people had a service dog and without being asked Andrea, a waitstaff member brought the dog some water, and later tried to get some chicken wings for the dog. Since they all had marinade, she asked the cook to make some from scratch for his dog. This was unexpected, and the mark of a top restaurant. Highly recommended!
