JOHN MOORE JUST GAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
Customer service rep was horrible and couldn't care less about my family's time or the fact that the appointment that was set for our electric service was being canceled. She told me that they would not be able to come out because the techs were doing installations and wouldn't be finished until 7 or 8pm. When I asked why they had set my appointment for a window of 4 to 8 pm and then tell me they want to go home after their other work she repeated that they will want to go home after they finish their current installs. I asked again what the reasoning for a 4 hour window until 8pm that they wont come to and she said " ya, they need to fix that " ! I think i actually heard her smacking her gum as she spoke with no regard for the fact that my daughter has no power in her room currently and that i called an electrician to make sure my family was safe. I am in sales for a high end auto dealer and i would be fired if i treated customers the way this lady spoke to me, let alone letting me off the phone after i canceled the appointment and lost the business for the company because i put off the air that i don't care about you at all!! I will never use them again and will refer anyone i know or speak to, which is a lot of people in my business that they just don't care and not to use them. John Moore's Customer Service Was Attrocious!!
