Placed an order in October 2020 for books for over $100. I would call periodically and was always told I would receive it within a week or so, called monthly and waited. Sent a request to get my money back since I believe waiting over 6 months for books was a little much and got a very sassy creative email response in where I was completely FLOORED. A lot of pointing finger at me, the customer!? I am still awaiting a refund that was supposed to be done a few weeks ago. To this date April 2021 I haven't received a refund nor did I ever receive the books.
