I wanted to buy a Bogner ski jacket for the winter...

I wanted to buy a Bogner ski jacket for the winter after many years. Previously, I happened to be at Karstadt Sport and there were also beautiful Fire + Ice jackets. However, I wanted to stock up on Breuninger and so I came to the ski area after 2 false misinformation, where I could find Bogner ski jackets. Unfortunately, no service force could be seen around 19 o'clock. After waiting for 5 minutes, I decided to buy the jacket at Karstadt Sport. And as a coronation I got on demand 15% discount and 20 euros deducted !!! Something called customer experience, on the one hand negative, on the other hand positive: Too bad Breuninger, in this luxury segment has been very weak ;-(
