Was a tenant for 10 months; Decent experience..you pay your rent they will contract repairs. It's until you need anything from the management that it gets sketchy. Hard to get a hold of them; Kept getting transferred around.. had to wait 7-weeks for a deposit return. When my new landlord called for a reference, EP got me mixed up with someone else and nearly ruined that opportunity for me, will not reference again. The properties themselves vary from steep/wobbly staircases to gorgeous kitchens, so just check the properties out when you are able to.
