My experience at Gary Rome has certainly exceeded my expectations, everyone who I encountered during my car buying process was excellent. Rick, the internet sales manager I spoke to contacted me immediately to discuss the vehicle I was interested in. He provided me information sent to my cell phone for me to review and look over before coming in for my appointment for a test drive.

John was the sales consultant who handled the whole process and was a pleasure to work with. Looking at and test driving the car he was very knowledgeable and was able to point out many key features of the car that I may not have looked for or seen. He was laid-back and easy going, answering all of my questions and concerns. I was very apprehensive being a first time buyer but I am happy to say that I had such a positive experience at this dealership. I have been suggesting to all of my family and friends alike that are in the market for a car to go to Gary Rome! I will definitely be coming back when I am ready for a car again in the future.
