Poor service and customer !!

Poor service and customer !!
We come to this hotel regularly, but the last time I accidentally checked the wrong date. When we were unsuspectingly at the reception we heard that we were booked the week before as a 'no show', so money was gone. Okay, stupid mistake of mine, but the receptionist did tell us that the "no show" day in question was not fully booked, so luckily they did not have to keep our room free for nothing, as it was not fully booked. Full of hope that they would solve it nicely, we asked how to proceed. She called and came with the message that we still had to pay half a room price now! Scandalous! If the hotel was fully booked that day, I would have understood, but now I think it is outrageous. if you deal with regularly returning guests ... Apparently their 35, = euros is worth more than a satisfied and returning guest. Next time but to a different hotel
