I am the proud owner of a very old Technisat TV set, years old in technology and not compatible, no Smart TV, at least I needed a new remote control, which I bought, so bad so far. The problem at the beginning was that the device had NOT worked, I could have pressed on a stone, the effect would be the same, BIS to my customer service call, problem explained and I was helped. The oh wonder the remote control works.
