I hope I don t ever have to stay here again. This property is not prepared to host events. I am sure it is fine when slow for business travelers but for events do not stay here. No hot water, long waits for elevators (which also got stuck), slow service for literally anything. It was not a great stay despite what seems like a good property.

Valet was super nice but overwhelmed by how many people were using the service. I felt bad for him as they were clearly not staffed nor have the room for the event. Upon my arrival I was shooed away and unable to unload a car full of bags because they didn t have room. Again, not prepared to host events.

The elevators seriously were enough to really go on and on about, which everyone talked about continuously. With four stairwells, it would be super easy to alleviate the issue by having key controlled reentry. It is rediculous to wait fifteen minutes to go one floor.

There were no trash cans in ballroom spaces and in general was devoid or any service. I understand it is an event, but if you really aren t prepared for it, don t host it!

The front desk staff were nice which was one other bright spot.
