I love Alive and Well! What an amazing community resource! Such a beautiful building and so wonderful to have an organic, gluten free cafe. I recently got a Vitamin C IV to boost my immunity. It was easy and comfortable and the staff were so wonderful and friendly. I felt like I was talking to old friends. I am so happy Alive and Well is here. There is a well stocked pharmacy of high quality supplements in addition to yoga classes and other holistic services. Our community is so blessed to have this place.
