I had the best experience with S.E. Needhams while shopping for an engagement ring. Joe Needham was extremely helpful and professional and helped me get exactly what I wanted. He showed me the diamonds with a magnifying glass so that I could personally inspect any imperfections. I ended up with a ring that was custom created as a fusion between two other rings in the store. It's been 2.5 years and I still get compliments on my ring from strangers. The staff here have never been pushy, only friendly and professional. The thing I love about Needham's is that they are true jewelers here, not jewelry retailers. I will say the watch dept needs to step it up though.
