Real Customer Service!

Previously posted a bad review about this dealership. I had complained about bad customer service because i was unable top book an appointment but finally did so for November 30. I went in today for my service appointment, The Service Manager Frank came out to see me and explained the reason for why there as a problem for booking and was very professional and apologized for this.. also Jason the Used Sales Manager apologized for this.. as well as the the Entire Service Department.
My service was completed promptly and received (VIP TREATMENT) !
Newmarket Infiniti really cares for their customers and reputation.
