Following a bug recognized on the site, I am waiting for more than 3 months of a refund of a trip to the wrong dates (flight positioned on the day of purchase on the site ... which I had to justify to expedia the cretinery of the thing ... because of course impossible to cancel the next day since I was beyond the legal period of cancellation ...)

Despite a dozen calls to customer service, 20 mails, repetitions of requests for information to provide for the refund, the justification that my account had been debited ... etc etc ... I pass and best ... ALWAYS NO REFUNDS 3 months later!

It's scam! Last time on Expedia!
