I called this service for the first time on August 28, after several tens of minutes of waiting, I was finally answered. At first I thought my microphone was not working because after picking up the person at the end of the line repeated "Hello" several times before hanging up on me. I repeated the procedure and the same. So I thought of a technical problem. This morning again, I phone and after picking up, a person without even saying hello tells me that I am not in the right place and that they refer me to another contact, obviously, it was a pretext to be able to hang up . I do not understand the interest in this service? Does the problem come from the employees, or is it the directive from the rectorate itself which asks them to act in this way? When I see all the previous comments that are in the same situation as me, it is impossible to remain inactive. There is clearly a lack of respect for administrative responsibilities, and this establishment violates French administrative law on many points and at the same time the rights of each of the people who depend on their function. Anyway, whether it is through the bill of justice or within their very hierarchy, we must prevent this band of incompetents from continuing their farce.
