I had an average experience with New York Cryo. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, but the cryotherapy session didn't have the same effect as I was expecting. I had heard so many great things about cryotherapy, but it didn't live up to my expectations. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. Overall, it was an average experience for me.
