The staff was not very helpful. I'm not from Atlanta and haven't been to Underground in 20 + years, I knew more about where I was than the people working there. The concert I was there for was outstanding, that is why I gave 4 stars. If it weren't for the music, I would have rated it 1 star because I couldn't go lower than that.
