They offer a deal to begin with and then when the initial term of the contract expires, they unlike every other company operating in the online auto pay world, do not send out a reminder email but automatically charge your card. When you call their customer service department, you are met with a rude customer service manager named Emily who is the most unfeeling and unhelpful "customer service MANAGER" I have ever dealt with. Do not use this company as their practices are predatory and their customer service is nothing short of atrocious.
