I have not been to their brick and mortar location, but I have bought 8 shirts from them online. I've had to change sizes a few times because I had lost weight between shirts... they make it VERY easy and the fabrics are awesome...I always had problems buying shirts...either too baggy or arms too long or too short... it is a little more expensive than buying off the rack, but the fabrics are very high quality and I didn't even realize you could have a shirt fit this good. I highly recommend. Customer service is top notch and they are willing to work with any issues (even if the error was on your end).
