Sold us a minivan back in 2012 and we had a few problems with the sale. We didn't realize until after we bought the van that one of the headrests was missing for one of the bucket seats. We called and they said, "Well you already bought it so we can't do anything about it." We also added a DVD player. Turns out they ordered and installed the wrong one, even after calling us to verify the correct one. Too late also, to get that fixed. We also talked to them about the amount of payment we would like and they assured us the payment would be close. First bill came and it was over $100 more than we had talked about. They also promised us a cap for our spare tire winder up by our front seats. We tried following up with them and they never came through. We gave up asking about it. Would NEVER return to Dewey for a vehicle.
